• Designed and implemented APIs and services aggregating ~$12B in financial revenue data for Wayfair's SEC filings across e-commerce, retail, liquidation, advertising and loyalty memberships — a microservices architecture over 20+ event streams and disparate data stores, driving revenue recognition, SAP journal entries and revenue contract creation.
• Designed and led adoption of a Kafka application framework now used by 5 teams (25+ engineers) to process ~25M events/day, cutting the time to bootstrap an event-driven service and improving reliability.
• Built and maintained a BigTable-backed order revenue recognition API holding a ~10ms SLA across ~8M daily requests for estimates, cost and revenue recognition.
• Created a self-serve UI portal that cut audit investigation time in half for accounting analysts and auditors, with dynamic data-flow diagrams for tracing and correlating events across 30+ event-driven services.
• Developed an API client library for the Wayfair Orders API via a custom code generator — typed models, interceptors and a pluggable HTTP abstraction — adopted across 15+ repositories.
• Contributed to Accounts Receivable modernization: storage and pick-pack charge generation for warehouses, internal tooling, and supplier/partner invoicing.

• Led modernization of AT&T's global business services credit risk platform, integrating multi-source data for risk assessment and streamlining workflow.
• Led the InterConnect cloud transformation to AWS for risk assessment solutions (AT&T, Verizon, Dish) contributing to $200M combined revenue — saving $1M+ by moving WebSphere to Tomcat and Oracle to PostgreSQL, plus a CI/CD pipeline and cloud spend observability portal.
• Developed an automated provider screening system for Medicare/Medicaid background checks ($5M multi-year contract), improving accuracy and reducing false positives on criminal background checks.
• Built risk assessment, identity verification and compliance solutions for employment, government benefits and DoD.
• Contributed to OnlyID Digital Identity, a federated identity verification system for FIS, integrating biometric authentication on Azure serverless.
• Created Drishya, a purpose-built reporting engine saving ~$250k annually, and Farzi, a service virtualization platform for end-to-end testing.
• Led post-breach security and compliance work for the credit risk platform, ensuring PCI and FCRA compliance — reverse-engineering the legacy platform and completing data auditing that supported customer retention worth +$100M annual revenue.

• Built features for IHG's search and reservation site on the customer loyalty team — integrating third-party recommendation services, adding feature-flag support for hotel recommendations, and creating tooling for marketing and promotional content workflows.
